spoon garnished with micro coriander. - Shredded ham hock with fresh piccalilli and gerkin.
- Sesame and poppy seeded goats cheese with
beetroot shot (v). - Smoked mackerel paté blini garnished with
lemon and micro parsley. - Mini crayfish cocktail spoons with smoked
paprika. - Hot cured smoked salmon with cucumber and
horseradish crème fraiche. - Chilled soup sip of minted pea (v).
- Crostini topped with fresh pesto toasted pine nuts and roasted red peppers (v).
Warm Canapes
- Fish goujon served on a chunky cut chip with
pea purée. - Mini slider burger with chorizo.
- Beef in a mini Yorkshire pudding with thyme
and horseradish sauce. - Honey and Bourbon glazed pork belly with achive sour cream.
- Spicy Chicken fajitas in a toasted wrap.
- Welsh rarebit with Bath Ales Gem and slow roasted tomato (v).
- Wild mushroom and saffron infused risotto ball with fresh parmesan (v).
Sweet Canapes
- Mini lemon tart with fresh raspberry.
