Our skilled team at Wards Event Catering will assist you in the build up to your event and on the day itself, we will meet with you at the venue beforehand to discuss the running of the day and work with you and the venue to ensure you have the most wonderful and perfect day. We have managed and provided catering for a range of events, bespoke weddings and corporate functions. We have catered at a variety of locations and at many venues including Wellington Barn, Sherston Village Hall, Marshfield Village Hall, Walton Castle, Trinity Centre and Court Farm.

We have a wide list of suppliers which we can put you in touch with from discos and bands to venue dressing and stationary.

Our head chef and owner Dan Ward has put together a range of menu examples to excite and tempt you. However, we will also happily take on board any ideas you may have and create a bespoke menu and package that will accompany your perfect day.

Bespoke wedding breakfast menu:- plated meal, sharing bowls and platters, BBQ theme or hot and cold buffet. We can create the menu to meet your specifications.

Table wine:- Selection of red, white and sparkling wines

Toast drinks:- Selection of sparkling wines, prossecco and champagne

Tea and coffee:- Freshly brewed filter coffee and selection of tea. With optional chocolate truffles

Evening food:- Hog roast, finger buffet or nibbles

All our prices quoted include plates, cutlery and staff

Temporary events notice

We can also organise a temporary event notice for you. This will licence your wedding for entertainment and allow the sale of alcohol.

Bar

We can arrange a fully licensed bar serving a wide range of beer, lager, cider and spirits.
